Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Our Commitment

Mind of Mercy is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to everyone, including men with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. Mental health support should never be out of reach because of how our website is built.

What We Do

We aim to follow relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) practices, including sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigability, descriptive link text, and semantic HTML structure across our pages.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add new features — such as the community forum, e-learning academy, and appointment booking — we review them for accessibility and address issues as they are identified.

Let Us Know

If you encounter any barrier while using our platform, please tell us. Your feedback helps us prioritise fixes and improve the experience for everyone. Reach out via our contact page and select "General Enquiry."
