Our Programmes
Structured, evidence-based initiatives designed to reach men at every stage of life — young, working, parenting, and beyond.
Men's Wellness Initiative
Holistic support for adult men
Our flagship programme supporting adult men in building lasting mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Covers the full spectrum of men's health — from recognising depression to building daily wellness habits.
Young Men Rising
Mentorship and resilience for young men
A 12-week structured programme for young men aged 15–25 built around mentorship, emotional literacy, identity, and life skills. Addresses mental health before crisis by building resilience from the ground up.
The Fatherhood Project
Equipping fathers emotionally
Equips fathers and expectant fathers with the emotional tools, communication skills, and self-awareness needed to be genuinely present for their children, while also caring for their own mental health.
Workplace Wellness
Mental health at work
Partners with organisations to embed men's mental health support directly into the workplace. Delivers measurable improvements in employee wellbeing and helps organisations build genuinely supportive cultures.
Campus Outreach Programme
Reaching men where they study
University years are a critical mental health window for young men. We deploy trained student peer supporters, run campus mental health days, and maintain chapters at 14 Nigerian universities.
Community Awareness
Grassroots mental health outreach
Grassroots awareness drives in communities, markets, faith organisations, and local government areas. Trained community health workers carry the message directly to men who would never seek formal support.
Leadership Academy for Men
Lead with emotional intelligence
A selective 6-month leadership development programme for men who want to lead at work, in family, and in community with emotional intelligence at the core. Limited to 30 participants per cohort.
Financial Wellness
Breaking the money-stress cycle
Addresses the psychology of money alongside practical financial literacy. Helps men break the shame-debt-anxiety cycle that is one of the leading causes of male mental health challenges in Nigeria.
Rural Outreach
Taking care to underserved communities
Deploys mobile clinics, trained community health extension workers, and offline-first resources to men in underserved rural communities. Currently active in Ogun, Benue, Kogi, and Sokoto states.
